We will need a lot of volunteers on Sunday, October 11th!  

Please contact Michelle Harris at mharris71@comcast.net with your name and email address if you would like to volunteer.  Also, include the time you are available.  As the Walk-A-Thon approaches, final times and assignments will be emailed to you.  

Here is a general list of volunteer duties:

• Tent & Table set-up in the morning (8 am - 10 am)

• Tent & Table take down in the afternoon (1:45 pm - 2:45 pm)

• Driver with Pick-up Truck/Van to transport items (AM and PM)

• Registration Table (10:30 am to 11:45 am) 

  • Cashier 

  • T-Shirts 

  • Lap Cards

• Stage Decorations

• MC Host

• Track Monitors

• Start Line/Finish Line

  • Lap Card Punchers

• Activity Areas (10:30 am to 2:00 pm)

  • Water Table

  • Fruit Table

  • Moonbounce

  • Face Paint Table
